Dr Sarah Carter (Female)

Dr Carter works on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Dr Carter trained as a GP locally and has worked as a GP Partner at Vine House since 2003. She values continuity in General Practice and has interests in Palliative Care, Dermatology and Education. Dr Carter is a GP Trainer and supports doctors in training to be GPs. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with family and her two dogs, and she enjoys playing violin and piano.

Dr Asif Faizy (Male)


Dr Faizy works on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Dr Faizy completed his GP training in Wessex and joined Vine House Health Centre as a partner in 2012. He enjoys all aspect of general practice and has a special interest in diabetes. Dr Faizy has a strong link with commissioning and provision of health and care for Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Clinical Board (ICB). He is Diabetes Clinical Lead for the ICB as well as being Prescribing Clinical Lead, Planned Care Clinical Lead, Long-Term Conditions Clinical Lead. Dr Faizy is also the Clinical Director for North Watford PCN. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading, comedy and cooking.

Dr Ceri Jones (Female)


Dr Jones works on a Monday and Thursday

Dr Jones completed her GP training at Watford hospital and local GP practices. She has been a GP at Vine House in varying roles since 2005. She enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a special interest in mental health and holds a Level 5 diploma in Counselling Practice. In her spare time she enjoys hands on activities such as gardening and crafting. 

Dr Alix Roberts (Female)


Dr Roberts works on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Dr Roberts grew up in Abbots Langley, and studied medicine at UCL, graduating from RFUCMS in 2004. After a first year at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital she joined the Aylesbury GP training scheme with a registrar year in Leighton Buzzard. She joined a partnership in Milton Keynes until the birth of her first child, then spent some years doing locum work around Beds, Bucks and Herts until 2014 when she joined Ashcroft Surgery in Wing as a salaried GP. She left Ashcroft in 2023 to move to Vine House Health Centre as a salaried GP.
